What sizes and thicknesses are available?
Standard sizes are 80 × 140, 120 × 140 and 140 × 180 cm. Thicknesses include 3, 4.5, 5 and 6 mm.
Can you produce custom designs and packaging?
Yes. Options include dimensions, shapes, artwork and packaging. Digital printing and transfer printing are available; confirm suitability for your artwork and quantity.
What testing is available for children’s product programs?
Share the intended age group, market and use so applicable testing can be confirmed for the finished construction, including printing.
How should the play mat be cleaned?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Confirm compatibility before specifying disinfectants, machine washing or other cleaning methods.
What is the MOQ?
Standard production width is 1.22–1.53 meters, with an MOQ of 450 linear meters per color and specification.
Can we request a printed sample?
Yes. Provide artwork, dimensions and thickness. Sample charges, freight and preparation time are confirmed before development.
What is the production lead time?
Bulk production typically takes 30 days after final sample approval. Confirm the order schedule separately. Shipping time is additional.
