Ordering Process
1. Contact Our Sales Team
Contact us by email or WhatsApp. Share your product type, dimensions, materials, order quantity, packaging needs and expected delivery schedule.

2. Confirm Your Requirements
Our business support team will respond to your inquiry and confirm the product specifications, quantity, customization and delivery requirements with you. For new product development projects or customization of existing product lines, we complete an initial evaluation of materials, structures, and manufacturing processes within 3 working days.
3. Sample Preparation
We will prepare and send the product sample for your review and confirmation. Sample production and modifications are completed within 3 working days to support efficient product validation.
4. Confirm & Start Production
Once the sample and order details are approved, we will arrange mass production according to the confirmed specifications. Once the final sample is approved, mass production can be completed within approximately 30 days.
5. Payment & Shipment
Once the required payment is received, we will complete the final shipment arrangements and dispatch your order.
