Founded in 2003, Uwin is a professional manufacturer with a 35,000 m² production base, 600+ employees and more than 22 years of manufacturing experience. By integrating material processing, product development and large-scale production, Uwin delivers customized solutions across multiple application areas, including anti-slip mats, shelf liners, pet products, fitness mats, bathroom solutions, table covers, liquid color flooring and decorative wall panels.
Our advantage: Uwin operates multiple company-owned production facilities covering PVC mats, EVA mats, textile materials, functional films and adhesive solutions. Our manufacturing capacity includes 150+ 40HQ containers of PVC mats and 20–40 40HQ containers of EVA mats per month, along with 60 tons/month of polyester mesh fabrics, 3 million meters/month of functional films and 400,000 rolls/month of adhesive materials.

Slip Resistance Testing
Backing materials are tested under controlled conditions to evaluate surface grip and friction performance. These checks help confirm that the selected anti-slip structure meets the intended application and customer requirements.
Water Resistance Testing
Product surfaces are tested to evaluate their resistance to liquid penetration and everyday spills. Each material construction is checked to ensure that its protective performance remains consistent before approval for mass production.
Final Packaging Inspection
Before shipment, our quality team checks carton condition, sealing, labels, barcodes and packing quantities against the approved packaging requirements. Only correctly packed and verified products are released for delivery.

What quality and compliance documentation can Uwin provide?
Uwin can provide relevant factory audit, management system and product testing documents for procurement review. Available documentation includes:

Factory audits and management system certificates do not establish compliance for every finished product. Contact us to confirm the relevant facility, document validity and available test reports for your selected material or product.
What is the minimum order quantity for a custom product?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the product, materials, dimensions, colors, printing and packaging. Selected custom products start from 500 pieces; other products have different minimums and may be quoted in pieces, meters, square meters or kilograms.
Send your specifications and quantity per size, color or design so we can confirm the applicable MOQ.
Can Uwin develop a product from an idea or reference sample?
Yes. Share a reference sample, drawing, image or product brief, together with the intended application and target market. Our team reviews materials, construction, dimensions, functional requirements and manufacturing feasibility before defining a sampling plan.
We support original equipment manufacturing (OEM) based on agreed customer specifications and original design manufacturing (ODM) projects involving product design and development support. The scope is confirmed for each project.
What can be customized for a private-label product?
Depending on the product, customization can include materials, dimensions, thickness, density, surface textures, colors, printed patterns, functional layers, logos, labels and packaging.
You can adapt an existing Uwin model or discuss a new design. Material changes, new structures and additional functions are reviewed for feasibility, sample requirements and production conditions before quotation.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Contact us to check existing sample availability or request a customized sample. For custom samples, provide your dimensions, material preferences, artwork and any functional or packaging requirements.
Sample charges, shipping costs and preparation time are confirmed after reviewing the specifications. The approved sample and agreed specifications serve as references for bulk production.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
When suitable materials are available, an initial customized sample may take approximately 3–5 days. New materials, structural development, testing and additional revisions may take approximately 7–10 days.
Bulk production generally takes around 30 days after final sample approval and confirmation of order requirements, subject to materials, quantity, packaging and production availability. Shipping time is additional.
Can packaging be customized for retail and Amazon FBA?
Yes. Options can include branded labels, color bands, instruction cards, inserts, barcodes, retail boxes and export cartons, depending on the product and sales channel.
For Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), share the labeling, preparation and carton requirements for your destination marketplace. We review the requested configuration before packaging approval and production.
Can Uwin support testing for our target market?
Yes. We can review your intended use, target market and buyer requirements, then confirm available reports and any additional testing needed for the project.
Depending on the product, evaluation may include slip resistance, water resistance, absorbency, washing durability, colorfastness, bonding strength or dimensional stability. Test methods, conditions, costs and arrangements are confirmed separately. Existing reports apply only to their stated materials, models and test scope.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
Send the product name or reference image, intended application, target market, dimensions, material preferences, estimated quantity and required delivery date.
Include any artwork, logo placement, packaging and testing requirements. If specifications are still being developed, share your priorities so we can review suitable options.
