What file formats should I provide for custom artwork?
Vector files in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG format are preferred for logos and printed patterns. High-resolution PSD, PNG or JPEG files may also be reviewed. Our team will check the artwork before sampling and contact you if any adjustments are required.
Can I receive a branded sample before mass production?
Yes. We can prepare a pre-production sample with your selected material, dimensions, color, logo or printed design. Mass production begins only after the sample and final specifications have been approved.
What is the standard lead time after sample approval?
Mass production normally takes around 30 days after final sample approval. The complete timeline from sample confirmation to shipment is generally 45–60 days, depending on order quantity, materials, packaging and delivery arrangements.
Can materials be selected for specific market requirements?
Yes. We can recommend materials according to the product application and destination market. Available test reports or additional testing requirements should be confirmed for the final material, construction and finished product before mass production.
What are the payment terms for custom orders?
Payment terms are confirmed according to the product, order value and production requirements. The applicable deposit, balance payment and payment method will be clearly stated in the official quotation or proforma invoice before production begins.
